ABS – FlexLINK White 1100R – 45 Mil
This permanent FlexLINK acrylic foam is for indoor and outdoor use within -40°C to +120°C (long term) or +160°C (short term).
R+ Adhesive class has good affinity to plastic (incl. Perspex, acrylics, plexigals & polycarbonate).
Higher initial tack than most acrylic foams, means that sub assembled parts can be processed/assembled in situ more quickly.
No 72 hour dwell recommendations on its use.
FlexLINK is more efficient as a gap filling medium and works well on uneven surfaces.
Liner removes very easily.
It is a single coated product.
Will not react with solvent, sealants or silicones.
Will not cloud or discolour plastics.
